We’ll do this by running through three distinct phases…

Phase 1 - Craft Your Multi-Tier Offer

No more boring, forgettable service competing on price. We’re going to truly set you apart.

We’re going to dive deep into your intrinsic motivators, innate strengths, skills, passions and past experiences to find your Unique Edge. We’ll use this to create a truly unique, fulfilling market-of-one offer that no one can compete with you on.

Then, we’ll use The Offer Matrix to turn your Unique Edge into a clear, concise offer that you can articulate perfectly and can even be sold in the DM’s. From there we’ll map out your Multi-Tier Offer. Specifically looking at how we can create a tier that is optimised for client acquisition and optimised for the ‘Yes’ and a tier that is optimised for making the big bucks and having deeper intimacy with the right handful of clients.

Then (If paid upfront) we’ll book in our 60 minute 1-1 Launch Call where we’ll build your offer together, map out your tiers and plan out your exact launch strategy to fill this up quickly.

Phase 2 - Launch Your Multi-Tier Offer

Then we’re going to run your launch sequence. I’ll set you up with the exact launch strategies you will use to instantly make some noise in the market, get some momentum behind your new Multi-Tier offer and sign up new clients in the first 2 weeks so you can instantly begin stacking recurring revenue.

At the end of your Launch Sequence you will look at what feedback you got, who signed up, who didn’t, why they didn’t and use that data to plan out your exact next moves.

Then, we’ll install The Aligned Sales System into your business so you can continue to effortlessly create new leads and customers every day and new clients every week using things you were already creating for clients.

Phase 3 - Optimise Your Multi-Tier Offer

Now we have a validated offer that is making sales with ease, it’s time to set yourself apart in the market.

We’ll begin creating a market-of-one by crafting your very own Signature Process, Aspirational Identity and Unique Mechanisms so your coaching business is positioned as a never seen before solution that your prospects need.

Finally you’ll use Market Leader Content to begin producing highly specific content that clearly sets you apart, positions you on a whole new level compared to the competition and brings in pre-sold inbound leads every few days begging to work with you.

By the end of the first 90 days… We aim to get you an optimised Multi-Tier Offer that sells without sales calls. An extra £2,500 Recurring Revenue from inside your new offer while getting results and producing content that positions you as an authority.

Then Stage 2 where we’ll install The Indoctrination Funnel™ into your business so you have an automatic ecosystem of offers specifically designed to indoctrinate your audience with the exact beliefs they need so they’ll work with you and no one else. Here you’ll be generating leads, customers and clients by basically just existing and documenting what you do with clients.

Then we’ll be ready to put fuel on the fire in Stage 3 where we install our signature Email Sales System into your business, around your new Indoctrination Funnel so you are constantly making high-converting offers to new leads on autopilot and you have a simple workflow that turns followers into leads into clients.

Now, you have your Offer Ecosystem built and cranking, your business can be built with basically just one email a day, written in the morning as you drink your coffee.

Together (if paid upfront) we’ll kick off with a 60 minute 1-1 Launch Call where we’ll sit down together on zoom, optimise your offer and messaging and map out your exact launch strategy and next steps.

From there, you’ll be working through each phase of The Aligned Pathway™ mapping out exactly what you need to do with your Offers, Marketing, Sales Systems and more.

You’ll have access to every single workshop, training and resource we’ve ever created, in the exact order you need to get your offer all the way to £2.5k per week every week and beyond.

Twice per month on Wednesday 10am UK time we host live Workshops introducing new systems and strategies to implement into your business and Implementation Workshops where you can bring what you’ve implemented and I’ll help you optimise it.

You’ll have access to me inside our community when you can ask questions and get support and direction from me and the rest of the community.
